Wednesday, February 13th, 2019: Fermentation Class: Mediterranean Cuisine You are invited to join us at the Oval Bar on Wednesday evening to taste some of the excellent cuisine from the Mediterranean parts of the world. You can find an abundance of wine from grapes that thrive in these areas; and this week you'll be able to try some of the food that inspires the styles of wine produced there.
