Wednesday, February 27th, 2019 - Fermentation Class: Region of Portugal You are invited to join us at the Oval Bar on Wednesday evening to taste a selection of wine from Portugal. Portugal is most popular for its port wines; the fortified after dinner drink that pairs with many different desserts. Portugal also throws its hat in the ring with tempranillo, alvarinho, and other varietals, from white to dark inky reds. Each wine will be accompanied by a light food pairing.
