Spain is well known for having some of the most expressive cuisine on the planet but many don't know that the Spanish have wines that can stand up to and even improve the food. This week at the Oval Bar we sift through confusing nomenclature and misinformation to get to the heart of Spanish wines and see what they truly have to offer. Each wine will be accompanied by a light food pairing.
