  • Q. What time is check-in and check-out?

    A. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.   Must be 21 or older to make a reservation.
  • Q. What is our Cancellation Policy?

    A. May - October: You must cancel seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
         November - April: You must cancel by 6 pm day of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
         We also offer a discounted advanced purchase rate which has a non-refundable cancellation policy in which full 
         payment is due at the time of booking.  
         Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan.
  • Q. Pet Policy

    A. We apologize but the Newport Beach Hotel & Suites does not allow pets.
  • Q. Do We offer high-speed internet access?

    A. We offer complimentary high speed internet throughout the entire hotel.
  • Q. Do We Offer ADA Guest Rooms?

    A. Yes.  We offer ADA compliant guest rooms.  Please contact our Reservations Team. 

    Q. What types of water views are available?

    A. We have some rooms that offer views of Easton's Beach or Newport Pond.
         Please call our Reservations Team at 800-655-1778 to assist in finding the perfect room type to meet your travel needs.

    Q. Are there coffee makers And micro fridge in the rooms?

    A. Yes.

    Q. Is There A Guest Laundry?

    A. Yes.

    Q. Are There In Room DVD Players?

    A. Yes and a free library is available at the Front Desk. 

  • Q. How many floors does the hotel have?  

    A. The hotel has 4 floors and there are elevators.
  • Q. What are the hours of the Fitness Center?

    A. 24 hours.
         COVID 19 Update:  Currently closed.  
  • Q. Do We Have A Business Center?

    A. We have 2 lobby kiosks with free use of a computer and printer.

  • Q. What are the hours of the Pools / Hot Tub?

    A. Our  Indoor Pool/Hot Tub and Rooftop Hot Tub are Open Daily From 6am - 11pm.
         COVID 19 Update:  Limited guests allowed at one time.  Guest must check with the Front Desk
         for availability before accessing the pool/hot tubs. 

  • Q. Are there on-site dining options?

    A. Currently there are no on-site dining options. However, there are many within walking distance including
         Flo's Clam Shack, Tickets, Aquidneck Island Pizza, Mission Burger, and Atlantic Grille to name a few.

    Q. Cots and Cribs? 

    A. We do have some cots and cribs available.  Cots are $15 each and cribs are free.  All are on a first-come, first-serve basis by request only.

    • Q. parking at the hotel?

      A.    Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend: $12 per car, per night. This fee is subject to change.
              Off Season:  Parking for 1 car per guest room is free.  Any additional car will be charged $12 per car, per night.  
              Please check with the hotel for the most up-to-date pricing.

Q. What is Included in the Amenity Fee? 

A.    Two (2) complementary bottles of water upon check in
         In-room coffee and tea
         Free super-fast high-speed internet
         Use of pools, sundeck, fire pit, roof top deck, and fitness center
         Use of lobby computers and printers

         Complementary electric vehicle fast charging station
         Free parking for one car.  For each additional car, $15.
