- What times are check-in and check-out?Check-in begins at 4 pm., and check-out ends at 11 am. You must be 21 or older to make a reservation.
- What is your cancellation policy?
Our reservation policy is as follows:
- May October: You must cancel seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
- November - April: You must cancel by 6 pm the day of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
- We also offer a discounted advanced purchase rate with a non-refundable cancellation policy in which full payment is due at the time of booking.
- Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan.
- What is your pet policy?The Newport Beach Hotel & Suites does not allow pets. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Do you offer high-speed Internet access?We offer complimentary high-speed internet throughout the hotel.
- Do you offer accessible guest rooms?Yes. We offer ADA-compliant guest rooms and accessible common spaces and parking. Get in touch with our reservations team for more information or access our Accessibility Page for hotel features and services.
- Does the hotel have rooms and suites with waterfront views?A. We have several rooms and suites that offer views of scenic Easton's Beach or Newport Pond. Book a room or suite online with beach views or call our Reservations Team at 855-588-6830 to find the perfect accommodations for your travel lifestyle.
- Are their coffeemakers and fridges in the rooms?Yes. Every room includes a personal coffeemaker and mini-refrigerator for your convenience.
- Is there a guest laundry?Yes. There is a guest laundry in the Historic Building, and every unit has its own washer/dryer in the Suite Building.
- Are there in-room DVD players?Yes. We offer DVD players in rooms and suites and a complimentary DVD library at the Front Desk.
- How many floors does the hotel have?The hotel has four floors with elevator access.
- What are the hours of the fitness center?Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day.
- Does the hotel offer a business center?We have two lobby kiosks with free use of a computer and a printer.
- Does the hotel offer a pool and hot tub?Yes. We have an indoor pool and hot tub with views of the coast and a rooftop hot tub open daily from 6 am to 11 pm.
- Does the Newport Beach Hotel & Suites offer dining?Yes. The Gastro Beach Pub offers New England-style tavern cuisine, including appetizers and entrees like traditional fish and chips. We are also close to many popular restaurants in Middletown and Newport.
- Does the hotel provide cots and cribs?We offer complimentary cribs and cots for $15 each. All are on a first-come, first-served basis by request only. Please call our Reservations Team at 855-588-6830 to reserve.
- Does the Newport Beach & Hotel offer parking?Parking is included in our amenity fee. Parking is free for one car per stay. For each additional car, we charge $15.
- What Is Included in the amenity fee?
The amenity fee includes:
- Two (2) complimentary bottles of water upon check-in
- In-room coffee and tea
- Free super-fast high-speed internet
- Use of pools, sundeck, fire pit, rooftop deck, and fitness center
- Use of lobby computers and printers
- Free use of hotel bicycles
- Free parking for one car ($15 for each additional vehicle)
- Does the hotel accept cash for room charges?Our hotel does not accept cash payments for any services provided. All major valid credit cards are accepted.
